What’s New

The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.

HRTL-5289 Implement Option to Email Purchase Orders

With this release, we introduce an email template which allows merchants to easily email purchase orders as PDF or Excel attachments directly from Heartland Retail.

The automatically generated email will include the purchase order number, as well as the shipping address and location.

HRTL-5619 Display Breadcrumbs Across Retail Screens

For more consistency and ease of navigation, we have added breadcrumbs to several additional screens in Heartland Retail. With this option, users can easily navigate back to main pages after viewing an individual item or record, such as returning to the Invoices page after viewing an individual invoice as pictured in the example below.

Updates

The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.

HRTL-6085 Fixed Issue with Coupon Codes with Special Characters

In previous versions, if you attempted to input a coupon code with special characters such as a string containing %, the POS would display an error and would fail to add the coupon. With this release, the POS handles such requests correctly as expected.

HRTL-6088 6088 Fixed Search Issue When Adding Items to PO

In previous versions, when adding items to a purchase order, if you attempted to find items with Prompt for price at time of sale and Calculate margin dynamically based on percentage enabled, the POS would sometimes display an error and would not add such items.

With this release, the POS adds such items as expected and without error.

HRTL-6230 Fixed Loading Failure on Transfers and Purchase Order Detail Pages

In previous versions, if you attempted to open a new or existing purchase order or transfer, the page would show a loading message but would never fully load. With this release, these pages open as expected.
