HR-1209 No Duplicate Tickets in KDS Display
Description: The POS no longer displays duplicate tickets in the KDS display.
Details: In previous versions, the POS may have sent duplicate tickets to the KDS display. In certain circumstances, if you reopened a ticket, then split it, then added an item to one split ticket, then resent it, the POS may have displayed a duplicate of the ticket in the KDS display. In such cases, this would have occurred if the added item was in a kitchen group associated with a display format that uses an On the Fly KDS setting.) We have corrected this, and the POS no longer displays duplicate tickets in the KDS display.
HR-1264 KDS Doesn’t Crash When Selecting Different Display Formats
Description: The POS no longer quits when you select different display formats in the KDS display.
Details: In previous versions, if you added an item with sub items to a ticket, sent it to the KDS display, then selected a different display format, the POS app may have quit. In such cases, the error would occur if any of the sub items in the displayed ticket were not included in any kitchen groups associated with the selected display format. Instead of displaying the appropriate items in the display formats associated with their kitchen groups, the POS would quit. We have corrected this, and the POS no longer quits when you select different display formats in the KDS display.
HR-1321 Kiosk Displays Payment Confirmation Message
Description: The Kiosk app now displays the confirmation message to the customer after a successful payment.
Details: In previous versions, if your site uses the Heartland SDK PAX interface, you may have encountered a problem in the Kiosk app. In certain circumstances, if a customer paid a ticket in Kiosk, the app may have failed to display the message alerting the customer that the payment was successful, even when it was successful. In such cases, the Kiosk would never display the confirmation message, and would eventually time out. We have corrected this, and the Kiosk app now displays the confirmation message to the customer after a successful payment.
