Updates
The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-506 – Fixed Issue with BigCommerce Gift Card Flag
We have identified and fixed an issue where, if you enabled BigCommerce Gift Card, the ‘remove dash from gift card number’ was automatically, and incorrectly, disabled. With this release, the setting is no longer disabled, and BigCommerce Gift Card processing behaves as expected.
HRTL-1307 – Fixed Financial Mapping for Merchandise Payment Type
We have fixed an issue that produced an error when attempting to map merchandise payment types. (I am awaiting word from the Retail team on what the actual post-fix behavior is for this ticket and will update the description once I hear back.)
HRTL-1405 – Fixed Heartland Gift Card Return Issue
We have fixed an issue that prevented users from issuing a return to Heartland gift cards while using Windows and PAX devices, including A920, S920, PX7, S300 PAX. If you attempted to issue a return, the system displayed an error ("Failed to complete ticket: Heartland Retail encountered an internal error."), and the return did not process. With this release, these transactions process as expected.
