The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-1531 – Fixed Heartland Gift Card Activation Issue
We have fixed an issue that prevented merchants configured for Heartland Gift from processing gift card payments while using certain PAX devices. When users attempted such payments, Heartland Retail gave the following error: “Failed to complete ticket: Heartland Retail encountered an internal error. Please try your request again. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator.“ With this release, we have corrected this issue and the gift card payments process as expected.
