Looking Up Gift Card History

To search for the history of a gift card for the remaining balance or gift card history follow these steps:

1. In the top navigation menu, click the “Sales” link.
2. Click the “Gift Cards” link in the secondary top menu bar.
   This will bring you to the Gift Card page.
3. Type in the Gift Card number sequence in the cursor box and click “Find”.

You may scan the gift card barcode if the physical gift card is at hand. Upon clicking “Find”, the current gift card balance will appear below the gift card number. Under “Transactions”, you will notice the gift card history with a history of the balances available and the dates that the Gift Card was previously used.
