HRTL-6120 Add Total Sales with Tax to Reporting Metrics
To better support reporting needs, we have added a ‘Net Sales including Net Sales Tax’ heading to Source Sales and Location Sales reports.

HRTL-5413 Fixed Issue with Reports Reflecting Excluded Fields
In previous versions, when running reports, if you set filters to exclude certain conditions (for example, if you selected ‘Customer’ + ‘is not’ + ‘No Customer’), the POS would still include these conditions when generating the report, which resulted in sales inaccuracies on affected reports. With this release, the POS generates reports with accurate sales totals, and according to conditions, as expected.
HRTL-6787 Fixed Handling of Returns in Net Sales Totals on Reports
In previous versions, if you processed a return, the return amount was incorrectly captured in reports so that, instead of a negative value, it was reflected as a positive value equal to twice the refund amount. For example, if you processed a $12 refund, instead of subtracting $12 from net sales, the POS would add $24. With this release, reports reflect these amounts correctly as expected.
HRTL-6865 Fixed Item Quantity Sync Issue in Shopify
In recent versions, merchants sometimes encountered issues with item quantities syncing correctly between Heartland Retail and Shopify. In these instances, items sold online remained in stock in the physical store, and items sold in the physical store were not deducted from online inventory. With this release, sales of items sync from one platform to the other as expected.
HRTL-6935 Fixed Issue Saving Promotion When Adding Location Filter
In previous versions, if you attempted to add a location filter to a promotion, the POS would not save the changes. With this release, such changes are saved as expected.
HRTL-7021 Fixed Spontaneous QuickBooks Online Expiration / Disconnection
In previous versions, users sometimes encountered issues with their QBO (QuickBooks Online) integration either expiring or disconnecting without reason. With this release, the QBO integration remains active and connected as expected.
