The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.
HRTL-6885 Implement ‘Cancel’ Option Before Auto-Reconciliation
With this release, we introduce a Cancel option at the start of the payment reconciliation flow.
- If the cancel command succeeds, the POS will begin the auto-reconciliation process.
- If the cancel option fails, the POS will display the manual reconciliation prompt.
HRTL-6941 Enhanced Behavior for Items with ‘Prompt Price’ Enabled
For a better user experience, the POS now places the input/focus in the Price field when adding items with Prompt Price enabled to a sale. This minimizes unnecessary navigation by the user and expedites the sale process.

HRTL-5883 Fixed Issue with Automatic Printing on Epson Printers
In previous versions, merchants using Epson printers with the Automatically print receipts setting enabled reported that receipts were not printing automatically. With this release, receipts print as expected.
HRTL-6101 Fixed Quantity Issue on Sales Invoice
In previous versions, merchants sometimes encountered incorrect quantities on sales invoices. When, after having created a sales order and added a quantity of an item such as five, if you then created an invoice and added a different quantity such as two, the value would sometimes revert to the earlier quantity of five on the sales order. With this release, the POS reflects the correct quantity as expected.
HRTL-6675 Fixed ‘Unique Value’ Custom Field Issue When Adding Payment
In previous versions, if you attempted to add a payment with one or more custom fields with the Values must be unique toggled to Yes, the POS sometimes mishandled the request. In these instances, after entering a value in the Unique Value Field and selecting Save, the POS would display an error indicating that it failed to add the payment, and that the request was invalid. With this release, the POS handles these requests as expected and without error.
HRTL-6770 Fixed Menu Behavior in Analysis Reporting with No Metrics
In previous versions, if you deselected all metrics when running an analysis report, the POS would disable the main menu so that you could not use it for further navigation. With this release, the main menu remains active and available in such scenarios as expected.
HRTL-6855 Fixed ‘Save’ Button Behavior in Button Groups
In previous versions, if you created a button group with a condition filter and a group filter, if you later select the Clear filters option to clear the group filter, the Save button remained inactive, preventing you from saving your changes. With this release, the Save button activates as expected in such scenarios.
HRTL-6919 Fixed Off-Center Printing for iOS on Star TSP143III Printer
In previous versions, some merchants using iOS devices reported that receipts printed to their TSP143III printers, connected either via Bluetooth or LAN, were off-center, resulting in some information being cut off on the right side. We have corrected this issue and receipts now print correctly as expected.
HRTL-7010 Fixed Quick Buttons Display Issue on Lower Resolution iPads
In previous versions, the Quick Buttons panel was partially cut off on lower resolution iPads. With this release, the Quick Buttons panel displays in full as expected.
HRTL-7025 Fixed ‘Remove All Tax’ Zero Tax Alert Behavior
In previous versions, if you selected Remove All Tax from a ticket that had already had the tax removed, instead of displaying the alert (‘Tax amount is already $0.00’), the POS added a second tax adjustment record of zero. With this release, the POS displays the alert as expected and does not create the additional tax adjustment record.
HRTL-7041 Fixed Sales Differential Report Formatting Issue
In previous versions, report exports reflecting sales comparison for two periods of time sometimes formatted the difference in the two sales totals incorrectly. For instance, if there was a 15% increase in sales from the first period to the second period, exports incorrectly reflected this amount as decrease, using red font instead of green, and displaying -15% instead of 15%. With this release, sales differentials are reflected correctly as expected.
HRTL-7147 Fixed Sales Order Print to PDF Alignment Issue
In previous versions, when printing sales orders to PDF, the resulting PDF displayed misaligned values. With this release, all values on the PDF are aligned correctly as expected.
