HMMC-10063 Fixed Issue with XML Data When Registration Number Starts with Zero(s)

In previous versions, sales transactions for stores with registration numbers beginning with one or more zeros were omitted from XML data uploads. In these instances, the system failed to reconcile the registration number correctly and therefore did not include associated sales data in the XML data. This issue affected only merchants using Digital Dining. With this release, the system handles such scenarios correctly and includes all sales data as expected.
