The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.
HRTL-7632 Enhanced Sales Order Address Pop-Up Layout for iPad
For a friendlier user experience, we have improved the layout of the Sales Order address pop-up modal. Previously, when the modal displayed, it was partially cut off so that the address selector checkboxes were inaccessible. With this release, the modal displays in full, allowing access to the checkboxes as expected.
HRTL-9158 Add Ticket Options to POS Dropdown for Closed Tickets
Merchants can now view additional information for closed tickets, such as custom fields and source location, directly within the POS via the dropdown in the upper left corner of the screen.
HRTL-9162 Enhanced Behavior for Filters on Tax Page
To help merchants avoid mistakes and errors, we have modified the behavior on the Tax Rules page so that, when you update filters, it no longer automatically saves the changes. Instead, when you select Save after updating a filter, it will validate the changes and, if it detects errors, will display a message indicating which field has errors so you can correct the problem and then save.
HRTL-9278 Enhanced Behavior When Applying Discount Percentage
To ensure discount amounts are valid and do not result in negative values, the POS no longer allows you to enter percent-off price adjustments greater than 100%. If you mistakenly enter a percent-off value exceeding 100, it will display a red toast message informing you of the problem and allowing you to correct it before proceeding.

The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-7999 Fixed Issue Accessing General Settings
In previous versions, if you turned on Manage General Settings in the Admin/Settings page of Roles, you would no longer have access to the General menu option from the main Settings page. In such instances, the POS would hide this option from the list. With this release, the General option displays in the main Settings menu as expected.
HRTL-8106 Fixed ‘No Locations’ Error When Enabling QuickBooks Online
In previous versions, when enabling the QuickBooks Online integration, some merchants encountered an error indicating, ‘No locations found in the connected QuickBooks account.’ With this release, merchants are able to enable the QuickBooks Online integration as expected and without error.
HRTL-8150 Fixed Discrepant Price on Item Labels
In previous versions, when printing labels for items, the POS did not always use the Current Price as it is designed to do. For example, it might print a price of $17.95 on labels for an item with a Current Price of $18.95. With this release, the POS uses the Current Price value when printing labels as expected.
HRTL-8183 Fixed Cash Drawer Not Popping Issue
In previous versions, the POS sometimes failed to open the cash drawer. Whether after processing a cash payment or using close/open drawer function, the drawer did not open. In these instances, merchants could only open the drawer using a key. With this release, the POS opens the cash drawer as expected during such actions.
HRTL-9163 Fixed ‘Simple Product’ Breadcrumbs
In previous versions, the breadcrumb navigation path for Simple Product was not correct, both when adding a new product and when updating an existing product. With this release, the path is correct on all pages as expected.
HRTL-9176 Fixed Behavior When Selecting All on ‘Sales Plans’ Page
In previous versions, if you clicked the Select all xxx rows across all pages option when viewing the Sales Plans page, the POS displayed a notification that All xxx rows are selected but, if you scrolled to subsequent pages, none of the items would be selected. As well, if you navigated back to the first page, the items were no longer marked as selected. With this release, in these instances, the POS selects all items across pages as expected.
HRTL-9177 Fixed Behavior When Deselecting Items on ‘Purchase Order’ Page
In previous versions, if you selected all on the Purchase Order page and then unchecked an individual item, the remaining selected items were incorrect. With this release, in these instances, the remaining items are correct as expected.
HRTL-9316 Fixed Incorrect User in ‘Created/Updated By’ Notification When Updating Store Hours
In previous versions, the POS sometimes reflected incorrect users in notifications after creating and/or updating store hours.
With this release, the POS reflects the correct user in such notifications as expected.
HRTL-9423 Updated Metrics and Groups Labels in Reports
With this release, we have updated the Metrics and Groups labels in reports for all cash paid-in and paid-out transactions to better reflect the data. Changes are noted below:
Metrics
- Cash Paid Transactions >> Amount will display as Cash Paid In/Out >> Amount
Groups
- Cash Paid Transactions # will display as Cash Paid In/Out Amount
- Cash Paid Transactions >> Type will display as Cash Paid In/Out Amount >> Type
- Cash Paid Transactions >> Reason will display as Cash Paid In/Out Amount >> Reason
