Q: When will Online Ordering Enhanced have parity to the previous version?
A: ~November 2023. After that, we will move to new features - with priority influence from the DAB.
Q: Any improvements with chargeback/fraud for online payments?
A: Payment enhancements and additional authorization rules are being added to the point of sale. Nothing specific to online ordering at this time.
Q: When will new features be added to online ordering?
A: Many items, like ADA friendly and delivery prompts are already included. The goal for this round of improvements was to ensure existing merchants can use the product without any additional training.

Q: Is the Guest App being updated?
A: The Guest App is not a part of this update.
Q: Will merchants be able to ban certain accounts, cards, and IP addresses from placing orders and later disputing them?
A: Not in this release. This would be classified as net new functionality and prioritized for luis.davila@e-hps.com after November.
Q: When will Scan to Order allow the person to leave a tab open with a credit card?
A: This is one of the top features that we will be taking into consideration for our roadmap after we complete parity.
Q: Can MobileBytes be updated to the new online ordering?
A: No. but MobileBytes and Canada merchants will be supported prior to the November completion. Watch for communications on Dealer Connect and Exchange for availability.
Q: On the design, are the Menu Sections going to be sticky to stay visible at the top of the screen/device as the user scrolls through the menu?
A: Yes, this is planned for post parity improvements.
