The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.
HRTL-10108 Added ‘Run Report’ Button to Analysis Reporting Interface
With this release, for more efficient processing, we have added a Run Report button to the Analysis Reporting interface. Along with this button, we have changed the behavior of the POS when going into the interface so that it does not begin generating a report until you select the Run Report button. For ease of use, this button displays in a static position at the bottom of the page along with Insert chart, Export, and Save.
When you enter the Analysis Reporting page, the POS will display a notification banner informing you of the new behavior. You can dismiss this banner by tapping the X.
Once you have defined your desired parameters, select the Run Report button.
As a report runs, the POS will display a Report Results status section indicating that the report is processing along with a Cancel Report button should you wish to stop the report from generating. As a report is generating, the Run Report button will change to a deactivated Processing button.
If you have selected invalid parameters, or if there is no data that matches your selected parameters, the POS will display a message to that effect in a gray banner at the bottom of the screen.
HRTL-10119 Changed Default Analysis Reporting Options
With this release, to simplify control of reporting options for merchants when running reports, we have removed the automatic inclusion of Subtotals and Grand Total in the Analysis Reporting interface. These options are now deselected by default.
