Retail Android Highlights
New Android Hardware options for merchants who do not like or want to try something other than Apple with PAX. The Android hardware bundle provides a sleek new look that allows merchants to customize their set up with a combined CFD/payment terminal, or swap out for other preferred and approved payment devices.

Boarding/Cancellation Process

Dealer/SRM Boarding Process:
- Merchant requests the Android bundle with CFD/Moby from the HPOS Dealer or SRM.
- The HPOS Dealer or SRM confirms the merchant is using Heartland Processing. Version is not an issue for ordering. Since the android device will get the most up to date version when order is placed.
- Merchant’s HPOS Dealer or SRM will work to order the hardware and create the quote through HPOS Salesforce.

- Order Fulfillment requests the hardware from the HPOSSIPSUPPORT@HEARTLAND.US team via email using the HPOS Setup and Order form.
- The SIP Support team will build the file and send the parameters to the email specified on the form.
- The device will be prepared.
- The HPOS Dealer or SRM will confirm that the device and the Admin Portal are updated to use the Moby (a reboot may be required).
- The HPOS Dealer or SRM will set up the Moby within the app, and test to ensure the Android bundle is working properly within Heartland Retail.
Cancellation
If a merchant wants to terminate service, their sales channel rep (Dealer, RM, SRMs etc) should complete the cancellation process as follows through HPOS Salesforce, Springboard Salesforce or Atlas.
Dealer/SRM Hardware Device RMA
An option for the hardware device will be added to the RMA form here.
Dealers/SRM will submit an RMA form request for the hardware device.
Dealers/SRM will return the devices to HSC.
