HRTL-11134 Restore Ability to Enter Negative Gift Card Amount
In our most recent update, we implemented a change to prohibit merchants from entering negative amounts when selling new gift cards or adding value to existing gift cards. This change was found to be problematic in that it prevents users from processing gift card returns and is contrary to some state laws enacted to allow merchants to cash out gift cards below a certain value threshold. With this in mind, we have now restored the ability to enter negative values in order to accommodate these scenarios.
