The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.
HRTL-9387 Update Electronic Signature Capture Screen in iOS
For a more consistent user experience across platforms, we have updated the Electronic Signature Capture screen on iOS devices to match the format of other platforms.
HRTL-10447 Add PDF Export Option to Inventory Adjustment Screen
With this release, we have added an Export PDF option to the Adjustments screen of Inventory.
The resulting PDF will be formatted similar to the Purchasing Receipt PDF and will include the following columns:
- Adjustment number
- Item number
- Item description
- Adjusted quantity
- Unit cost
- Adjustment cost (with total adjustment cost)
The Export PDF button will display from the moment the screen opens and can be selected whether in pending or complete status.
HRTL-10526 Implement Option to Mark Pending Payments ‘Complete’
To address scenarios where tickets cannot be completed due to a ‘pending’ card payment, we have implemented a feature allowing merchants to manually mark such payments as complete after confirming the payment’s status with the processor. Once the payment is reflected as complete in the POS, merchants can proceed with ticket completion.
HRTL-10635 Add Freight Cost to Purchase Order Receipts
To increase accuracy of purchase order receipt costs, we have added an editable Freight Cost field to the PO Receipts page. Any costs entered in this field will be taken into account and reflected in the total received cost for all purchase orders (which could include multiple receipts), as well as the total cost for individual receipts.
HRTL-10784 Updated Printed Receipt with Signature Line for Datacap
With this release, we introduce a unified format for printed receipts featuring a signature line for card payments processed via Datacap. This measure guarantees not only uniformity across all platforms but also ensures that all required data is reflected on such receipts.
HRTL-11001 Implement Zero Inventory Toggle Setting
Merchants who prefer not to receive notifications about scanned items with zero inventory levels can now deactivate these alerts by toggling off the newly introduced Enable notifications for when an entered item has 0 inventory setting.
This functionality eliminates the possibility of unnecessary notifications for merchants who do not use inventory tracking, ensuring relevance and efficiency in notifications.
HRTL-11005 Addressed Low Inventory Alert Issue
In previous versions, the POS sometimes displayed a low inventory alert for items not marked for inventory tracking. With this release, the POS displays the alert only for items marked for inventory tracking.

HRTL-10371 Enhanced Look & Feel in POS Settings
This release includes improvements to the POS Settings modal including even distribution of columns, consistent placement and alignment of components, and overall spacing enhancements.
HRTL-10495 Fixed Issue When Deleting Filter from Promotions/Coupons
In previous versions, if you attempted to delete a filter from a promotion or coupon, the auto-save process would fail. With this release, in such scenarios, the auto-save process behaves as expected.
HRTL-10555 Implement Consistent Error Messages When Creating New Item
In previous versions, the POS displayed inconsistent error messages when required fields (such as Default cost, Current Price, Description) were left empty when creating a new item. With this release, in such cases, the POS will display a message indicating that the required field cannot be left empty, and will highlight invalid fields with a red border.
HRTL-10699 Implement Consistent Error Messages When Creating New Coupon
In previous versions, the POS displayed inconsistent error messages when required fields (such as Coupon Code, Name) were left empty when creating a new coupon. With this release, in such cases, the POS will display a message indicating that the required field cannot be left empty, and will highlight invalid fields with a red border.
HRTL-10743 Fixed Behavior When Adding New Color to Grid Dimension
In previous versions, merchants were sometimes unable to add new colors to their existing grid dimensions. When doing so, after entering the color name and selecting Save, the POS displayed a message indicating success, but it did not actually save the new color. With this release, the POS saves new colors as expected.
HRTL-10903 Fixed Device Finding Issue for PAX in iOS
In previous versions, when reloading all devices in iOS systems, the POS sometimes failed to find PAX devices. With this release, the POS finds such devices as expected.
HRTL-11004 Fixed Incorrect Customer History Issue
In previous versions, customer histories sometimes erroneously included tickets that were not associated with the customers. With this release, customer histories include only tickets that were associated with the customers as expected.
HRTL-11017 Fixed Issue Changing Primary Image
In previous versions, merchants were sometimes unable to change primary images for items. In these cases, after selecting an image and clicking Make Primary Image, the POS failed to update the image and left the previously selected in place. With this release, the POS updates the primary image as expected.
