Updates
HRTL-10998 Fixed PAX TCP/IP EOF Error Issues
In previous releases, merchants using PAX payment devices sometimes encountered issues that resulted in the POS displaying EOF error messages which created the potential for duplicate charges. This scenario came about after affected merchants migrated from HTTP communication to TCP/IP protocol for card processing. We have addressed the root cause of this behavior in this release and the POS now displays accurate information about transactions and records them correctly.
HRTL-11251 Fixed ‘Enter’ Key Input Issues
In our most recent release, customers sometimes encountered difficulties when using the enter key on keyboards. This occurred in the POS ticket interface when enter was used after various functions, such as inputting prices for items that prompt for price or entering cash tender amounts. Additionally, some users reported that this issue affected price changes for individual items on tickets. With this release, the enter key functions as expected.
