The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.
HRTL-11480 Add ‘Primary Vendor Only’ to PO Filter Options
So that merchants can drill down even further with vendor filtering in purchase orders, we have added a Primary Vendor Only checkbox to the filtering options. This box can be checked only if the first checkbox for vendor filtering is checked. When Primary Vendor Only is checked, search results will include only items with the selected vendor as the primary vendor.
HRTL-11727 Add Transfer Locations to Analysis Groups
So that merchants can easily see location information for inventory transfers, we have added two new reporting groups to analysis reporting options.
- Transfer >> To Location
- Transfer >> From Location
When selected, all associated data from transfers will show, including the ‘to’ and ‘from’ locations.
Along with this change we have added a Group reports by transfer permission to Roles. When enabled, the new group options will display. When disabled, the new group options will not display.

The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-10773 Fixed Field Status and Errors on Account Mapping Page
In previous versions, when adding a new entry under the Item Classes tab of the Financial page of Settings, if you left required fields empty, the resulting notifications were unclear. We have updated the behavior so that, if you leave a required field empty, upon saving, the page will outline the field in red and display a message below it reading ‘Field cannot be empty.’ As well, a red message box will display indicating a failure to save due to multiple errors on the page.
HRTL-10786 Fixed Display of Long Name in Tax Jurisdiction
In previous versions, if you entered a value in the Name field of a Tax Jurisdiction containing more characters than can be displayed on a single line, instead of wrapping the text when viewing the modal, the POS would display it in a single line that extended beyond the modal’s dimensions. With this release, the POS wraps such values as needed to fit the modal’s dimensions.
HRTL-11577 Fixed Barcode Printing Issue on Gift Receipts
In previous versions, some merchants reported that barcodes on printed gift receipts did not print correctly. With this release, we have corrected this issue and barcodes print correctly as expected.
HRTL-11690 Remove Heartland Retail Connect Versioning from iOS
Since iOS devices do not require Heartland Retail Connect (HRC) to function, to eliminate confusion, we have removed the HRC versioning visibility from the iOS app.
HRTL-11763 Fixed Dropdown Menu Issue When Creating New Ticket
We have identified and addressed an issue that sometimes prevented users from closing the dropdown menu when creating a new ticket in the POS. This occurred when the previous ticket included an empty custom field. In these instances, upon starting a new ticket, the dropdown menu would remain expanded and could not be collapsed, and the POS displayed an error message. With this release, in such scenarios, the dropdown menu behaves as expected and users are able to create a new ticket without error.
HRTL-11894 Fixed ‘Scan & Print’ Issues in Purchasing Receipts
In previous versions, some merchants were unable to utilize the Scan & Print function. Even when enabled and configured, if they then attempted to scan an item into a PO, the POS would display an error and would not print the labels. With this release, the POS prints labels as expected according to the configuration.
HRTL-11916 Fixed ‘Send Test’ to Gift Card Webhook
In previous versions, merchants configured to process gift cards with custom webhooks were unable to use the Send Test function. Attempts to do so failed and resulted in errors. With this release, the Send Test function works as expected and generates a toast message indicating success.
