The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-13237 Fix Daily Summary & Sales Order Receipt Print Issue
In previous versions, if you attempted to print from certain screens without having a printer mapped in POS settings, with an outdated version of Heartland Retail Connect (HRC), or without having HRC installed, the print jobs would not print but the POS displayed no notification or error. This occurred when attempting to print the daily summary or a credit card receipt for a sales order.
With this release, in scenarios where no receipt printer is defined, the POS will display the following modal informing you of the need to select a printer and providing you with the option to do so.
Likewise, in scenarios where the HRC version is either not installed or not up to date, it will display a modal to that effect, allowing you to easily install or update HRC.
