HRTL-13977 Improve Ticket Search Behavior in POS
We’ve optimized how the POS queries and displays ticket details when using the Find ticket feature. Previously, the system fetched full ticket details, including lines, memos, customer info, station, and location, even when only a few small details were needed. Since querying at such a granular level could cause database slowdowns, especially during peak usage times, and when users set their number of results per page to higher values, the search now queries only essential ticket details. This ensures efficiency and allows users to view such search results more quickly.
