The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-13074 Implement Consistent Discount Display Format in Ticket History View
With this release, for a better and more consistent user experience, when displaying ticket history for customers, the system will now display all discounts in the same format as ticket-level discounts (TLD). Specifically:
- Discounts will display as a negative value in the total price.
- Price adjustments should be showcased similarly to TLD.
- The unit price for items with a non-TLD will display as the full price, with the discount line appearing separately as a negative value.
HRTL-13496 Implement New Format for Customer Detail Tabs
This release introduces newly formatted customer detail tabs, consistent with those throughout other pages of the app.

HRTL-14263 Fix Missing Strike-Through on Reduced Price Items on Receipts
Previously, receipts did not show a strike-through on items sold at a reduced price unless they were part of a promotion. Since this inconsistency was potentially confusing for customers and merchants, with this release, receipts now feature a strike-through for any item sold at a lower current price than its original price, thereby providing a clearer and more uniform experience across the system.
HRTL-14401 Fix Sales Rep Tracking for Add-On Items
In previous versions, add-on items on tickets associated with sales reps were not attributed to the sales rep in reporting. We have fixed this issue and all items on such tickets are attributed to sales reps as intended.
HRTL-14424 Fix Coupon Reporting Discrepancies
We have fixed an issue that caused discrepancies between coupon reports when comparing aggregated versus individual totals for the same date range. With this release, coupon totals match across these reports as expected.
HRTL-14466 Fix ‘Force Minimum Deposit’ Field/Toggle Behavior
After a recent release, users began to encounter issues with the settings page after taking certain actions related to the Force Minimum Deposit field. If they deleted the value there and then selected the percentage toggle, the page would go blank. With this release, the page displays correctly as expected when such actions are taken.
HRTL-14501 Fix Issue Caused by ‘Manage Items and Grids’ Permission
After a recent release, users without Manage Items and Grids permission found that the options to view Items and Grids were missing from the Inventory dropdown. Since viewing these options should not be dependent on the Manage Items and Grids permission, we have corrected this issue and these options now display as intended.
