What’s New
The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-14402 Add Dollar-Off Option for Price Adjustments
With this release, to allow for greater flexibility when performing item price adjustments at the time of sale, we have added options to adjust prices using a dollar-off amount.
The new options will display along with the previously available adjustment options as pictured:
Updates
The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-14375 Fix Tax Issue When Performing Even Exchange
In previous versions, some merchants reported that, when performing an even exchange, the system would erroneously charge the customer a one-cent tax amount. We have corrected this issue and even exchanges now result in a zero balance as expected.
HRTL-14502 Fix Issue Printing Label Quantity Greater than 50 via Windows Systems
We have fixed an issue that prevented merchants using Windows systems from printing labels in quantities greater than 50. When attempting to do so, whether printing to PDF or direct to a label printer, only 50 labels were produced. With this release, the system handles such print requests correctly, generating the designated quantity of labels as expected.
HRTL-14510 Fix Quick Button Payment Amount Issue After Canceling Credit Card Payment
In previous versions, if you canceled a credit card payment and then attempted to apply a cash payment to a ticket using the Quick Button payments, the system would sometimes add the amount of the canceled credit card payment to the selected cash payment amount. For example, imagine you had a ticket with an amount due $24.73 and you initiated a card payment for the total. If you then canceled the card payment and attempted to add a cash payment using the Quick Buttons, the POS would add the canceled card payment amount to your selected amount. This meant that, if you selected the $50 Quick Button, the payment would display as $74.73. With this release, in such scenarios, the POS applies cash payments using the correct amount as expected.
HRTL-14519 Fix Tax Issue on eCommerce Integration Returns
In previous versions, if you performed a return through the POS for an invoice that originated from an eCommerce integration, the taxes present on the original sale would not be reflected on the return. With this release, taxes are reflected on such returns as intended.
HRTL-14531 Fix Percent-Off Price Allowing Values Over 100%
In previous versions, the system allowed users to enter percent-off values greater than 100% when performing price adjustments, resulting in affected items having negative prices. With this release, the system no longer accepts percent-off values exceeding 100. If you attempt to enter an invalid amount, as in the example below, the system will alert you that the amount must be under 100%.
HRTL-14563 Fix Reporting Interface in Mozilla Browser
In previous versions, merchants viewing multi-page reports via Mozilla Firefox were unable to navigate past the first page due to the page controls that normally display at the bottom of the page being hidden. We have corrected this, and these controls now display as expected, allowing users to navigate between pages as intended.
