The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.
HRTL-14108 Add Option to Duplicate Grid Template
This release introduces the option to duplicate grid templates. The benefit of this is that it allows you to use an existing grid template as a starting point for a new template. For example, if you have a grid template with color and size dimensions that you want to use for another grid, but with additional dimensions or values, you can duplicate the original template and then build onto it as needed. To duplicate a grid template, open the desired template and select the Duplicate button.
On the modal that displays, enter a description in the field provided and select Save and Go.
HRTL-14110 Add ‘Refresh All Devices’ Option to Back Office
This release introduces a Refresh All Devices option accessible via the back office, which allows you to perform a device refresh without going into the POS and/or taking over a station. You can access this option via the dropdown in the upper right corner of the back office screen, as pictured here:
Upon selection, the system will display a status indicator.
This new option works in the same manner as it would if selected from the POS settings menu.

HRTL-9937 Fix Quick Item Button Modal Behavior
In previous versions, if you expanded the Quick Item button modal when starting a new ticket or opening an existing ticket, it would sometimes repeatedly flash, as if refreshing. With this release, the modal displays consistently as expected.
HRTL-10325 Fix Behavior When Viewing Lengthy Starred Notes
In previous versions, if you starred (marked as favorite) a note on Customer Details page that was particularly lengthy, the highlighted area would extend beyond the Add note field when viewing the note. With this release, the highlighted area stays within the Add note field as expected.
HRTL-14624 Fix Behavior When Scanning Items on iPad
In previous versions, when scanning items to add to a ticket on an iPad, if you scanned too quickly, the system would sometimes fail to add all items. Since it did not display an alert to that effect, cashiers could not easily recognize that items may have been omitted. With this release, in such scenarios, the system will now display an alert (‘Retry Scan - Item Not Added’) so cashiers can easily rectify situations as they arise.
HRTL-14638 Fix Error When Emailing PO to Multiple Addresses
In previous versions, if you attempted to email a purchase order (PO) to multiple email addresses, the system would send the PO successfully to all parties, but it would display an error indicating otherwise. With this release, the error displays only when the operation fails as intended.
HRTL-14652 Fix Issue When Updating ‘Price List’ Prices
In previous versions, if you updated a Price List price for an item, the change would sometimes erroneously be reflected on other items’ Price List prices. With this release, such updates affect only the selected items as expected.
