The following release notes detail the fixes we have included in this release.
HR-61447 Carryout override menu rules save properly
In previous versions, if your location uses carryout override rules, you may have encountered a problem. In the Online Ordering tab, the controls in the Carryout Override Menu & Hours area enable you to make changes to the availability of carryout service during specified dates and times, regardless of default carryout hours. For example, if the location will be closed on New Year’s Day, they can make the menu unavailable for that date in advance using the settings in the Carryout Override Menu & Hours area. When you click +New, the program adds a new rule set to the Carryout Override Menu & Hours list. The new rule set includes a row, representing a menu override rule, with controls that enable you to define its details. You can add multiple rules to a rule set.
Normally, you can also create multiple override rule sets. (Every time you click +New, the program adds another rule set to the list. However, in previous versions, you may have been unable to create and save multiple rules. For instance, you may have added a new override rule set to the Carryout Override Menu & Hours list and saved your settings. Later, you may have added a second rule set to the list, and added one or more rules to that set. But when you then tried to save the settings, the program may have deleted the new rule set and added its override rules to the list of rules in the earlier set. Thus, in such cases, staff could not create new rule sets. We have corrected this, and now when you create a new rule set in the Carryout Override Menu & Hours list, the Admin Console saves the new rule set and its rules properly.
HR-61618 Revised Como sign in screen in Classic POS CFD
In the Classic Genius for Restaurants POS, we have modified the appearance of the Como Loyalty Sign In screen that displays in the CFD. In previous versions, the screen included labels that were misspelled, poorly displayed, or unnecessarily cryptic.
HR-61774 Daily Summary Report lists totals accurately for report categories
In previous versions, if your location uses report categories, you may have encountered a problem in the Daily Summary Report. In the Admin Console’s Main Menu, click Reports, then click Daily Summary. In the Daily Summary Report screen, in the Report Categories section, the Admin Console may have listed inaccurate totals for Net and Gross. In such cases, the program was including sub-items when calculating total net and gross sales. We have corrected this, and the Admin Console no longer lists inaccurate totals in the Report Category section of the Daily Summary Report.
