The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.
HRTL-14459 Add Search and Sort Options to Customer History
With this release, we have expanded functionality when viewing customer purchase history to include search and sort options.
Entering one or more search criteria will filter results so that only records including all entered criteria are displayed. In this example, we entered a ticket number which yielded only one matching result:
Search criteria include:
- Customer name
- Ticket number
- Ticket status
- Location
- Coupon
- Promotion
As well, when viewing records, you can select desired sort order using the dropdown list in the upper right corner.

The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-14607 Fix Permissions Issue When Running Reports
We have addressed an issue that sometimes prevented authorized users from running reports. When they attempted to do so, the POS would display a message indicating that they were not authorized to access the resource, despite their having all reporting permissions enabled. With this release, such users are able to run reports as expected and without error.
HRTL-14640 Fix Gift Receipt Issue Not Including All Items
In previous versions, if you sold more of one item but with each instance having its own line on the ticket, gift receipts would only include one of the item. With this release, gift receipts include all items as expected.
HRTL-14659 Fix App Issue After Attempt to Print from Invalid Receipt URL
In previous versions, if you attempted to print from an invalid receipt URL, the app would crash without displaying an explanation or error. With this release, in such scenarios, the app will display an error (‘Failed to print. Failed to download resource.’) and will continue to run.
HRTL-14672 Fix Barcode in Wrong Field When Creating an Item
After a recent release, some merchants reported that, when creating a new item, the barcode would scan into the wrong field. Instead of populating the Item # field, it would populate the Description field. We have corrected this issue, and the barcode now populates the correct field as intended.
