The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-14651 Fix Sales Rep Selection Modal Placement
In previous versions, when adding a sales rep to a ticket, the sales rep selection modal was not centered on the screen in some environments. With this release, the modal is centered as expected, regardless of environment.
HRTL-14732 Fix Bulk Void Ticket Selection Behavior
In previous versions, if you used the ‘select all’ option to perform a bulk void of a filtered set of on-hold tickets (for example, those with a specific status or those linked to a specific station), the system would erroneously void all on-hold tickets instead of just those in the filtered list. With this release, the system voids only the intended tickets as expected.
HRTL-14768 Fix QuickBooks Online Sync Issue
In previous versions, some merchants encountered errors when attempting to sync to QuickBooks Online (QBO). In these cases, there were numerous ‘unbalanced financial event’ errors recorded, despite there being nothing out of balance. We have corrected the underlying cause for this behavior and QBO now syncs without error as expected.
