HRTL-14398 Update Heartland Retail Connect SSL Certificate
To ensure ongoing his release includes an updated SSL certificate. With this update, we have performed a high-level validation of the Heartland Retail Connect (HRC) app to ensure that existing workflows continue to operate as expected, with a focus on those workflows related to payments.
Please note: Merchants using HRC must update their HRC version before the current SSL certificate expires in October 2025.

HRTL-13937 Fix Issue Completing Invoice with Add-On Items
In previous versions, if you created a sales order with a promotion applied to an item that also had an add-on item, the system mishandled the promotion and subsequently prevented you from completing the invoice. In these instances, the system erroneously applied the promotion to both the main item and the add-on item in the sales order when it should have applied only to the main item. Then, when attempting to complete the resulting invoice, it would display an error and fail to complete. We have corrected the behavior so the promotion applies only to the main item, and the invoice can then be completed without error.
HRTL-14002 Fix Error Message When Voiding Shipping Label
In previous versions, if you attempted to void a shipping label for an already completed shipment, the system displayed an internal error that did not clearly state the issue. With this release, we have updated the error to read, ‘Unable to request refund. Parcel has been shipped.’
HRTL-15053 Fix Empty Custom Field Issue with Grid Exports
In previous versions, when performing a grid export, the POS sometimes omitted grid-level custom field data in the exported files. As a result, when importing from such files, the custom field values were sometimes lost. With this release, we have updated the export process to include grid-level custom field data, thereby ensuring complete data in the exports and that the data remains intact upon import back into the POS.
HRTL-15071 Fix Buttons When Adding Multiple Items in PO
In previous versions, when adding multiple items to a purchase order (PO) the buttons on the modal did not behave as expected. Specifically, if you selected Cancel, there was no response from the system. As well, there were two Save buttons, one of which acted as expected, and the second as a cancel button. With this release, we have resolved the issue with the Cancel button so that it performs its intended function, and we have removed the second Save button.
HRTL-15152 Fix Unresolved eConduit Card Payment Message
With this release, we have addressed an issue that sometimes resulted in the system displaying the message ‘Failed to add payment; Payments can’t exceed ticket balance’ when adding a card payment processed via eConduit to a ticket. Contrary to the message, the failure was not related to the payment amount, but rather that the payment’s status was uncertain. In such cases, the system will now correctly identify the payment as unresolved so the merchant can take appropriate steps to determine its status.
HRTL-15168 Fix Retroactive Item Count Discrepancy Changes
In previous versions, some merchants encountered issues with item count discrepancy values from completed inventory counts spontaneously updating without explanation. We have corrected the underlying issue and completed counts now retain their values as expected.
