Updates
The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-1152 – Improved Behavior When Deleting Many Lines from Sales Ticket
We have fixed an issue that caused slow response time when removing a large number of items (30+) from a sales ticket. In such cases, the POS sent a request for each item individually, which resulted in the ticket being locked during each instance, and delayed the remaining requests. With this release, the POS removes the items in a more efficient manner, thereby eliminating slow response time.
HRTL-1810 – Fixed Gift Card Balance Report Issue
We have identified and fixed an issue that produced an error when running a Gift Card balance. This happened when users selected Ending Balance from the METRICS tab, and Gift Card # and Adjustment Reason from the GROUPS tab. With this release, the report runs correctly as expected
HRTL-1897 – Fixed Issue Viewing Gift Card Adjustments
We have fixed an issue that prevented some non-admin users, with roles defined as having all permissions, from viewing gift card adjustments. In such cases, when they attempted to view the report, the POS would display a message indicating that ‘This report contains groups and metrics that you are not authorized to see.’ This occurred because corresponding permissions did not exist. With this release, we have added the necessary permissions (Group reports by gift card adjustments and Group reports by gift card adjustment reasons) and the report now runs as expected for such users.
HRTL-2354 – Fixed Bulk Deactivation in Custom Field Filter View
In previous versions, if you attempted to perform a bulk deactivation after filtering by custom field, the POS would behave as if it had completed the deactivation, but the items would remain active. With this release, the bulk deactivation completes as expected.
HRTL-2382 – Fixed Issue Printing Long Receipts
In previous versions, if you attempted to print a receipt for a sale containing a large number of items (60+), the POS displayed the banner indicating it was printing, but it did not print the receipt. With this release, the POS prints all such receipts as expected.
HRTL-2399 – Fixed Issue Adding Customer After Fully Redeeming Gift Card
We have fixed an issue that prevented users from adding a customer to a completed ticket if a gift card had been redeemed in full on the ticket. With this release, users can add customers to such tickets without incident as expected.
