Updates
The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-2593 – Fixed DECLINE Issue with PAX Contactless Payments
In previous versions, if a customer tapped their card too quickly when initiating a contactless payment via a PAX device, the device would fail to read the chip data and would return a DECLINE response. With this release, in such instances, the POS will display a message in the upper right corner of the screen indicating the activity: ‘Failed to read contactless card. Retrying 1/3.' It will then allow the cardholder to retry the transaction up to three times, and the message will update its count with each attempt.
HRTL-2689 – Fixed Issue Removing Items with Required Reason Code Enabled
We have fixed an issue that caused the program to stall when users attempted to remove items requiring a reason code. With this release, the program removes the items as expected.
