The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HR-2935 Como Gift Images Display Properly
In previous versions, if your site uses the Como gift card service, you may have encountered a problem. In the Online Order website, when a customer accessed the Member Profile screen, the program may have failed to display the images (the Como logo) associated with each available gift. In such cases, the Como gift images did not display in the Online Ordering webpage or the Guest app. We have corrected this, and Como gift images now display properly in the Member Profile screen.
HR-3969 Accurate Totals for Auto Pricing Discounts
In previous versions, the POS may have printed inaccurate totals for discounts on tickets. Specifically, the program may have doubled the amounts of auto pricing discounts. Also, the Admin Console may have included these inaccurate discount totals in the Daily Summary Report. We have corrected this, and the POS now prints accurate totals for auto pricing discounts on tickets, and the Daily Summary Report also lists accurate totals for discounts.
HR-4331 Accurate Tax Inclusive Totals on Receipts
In previous versions, if your site uses the tax inclusive feature, you may have encountered a problem. In certain circumstances, if you ordered multiple items on a single ticket, the POS may have listed inaccurate totals for inclusive taxes on printed receipts. In such cases, the POS may not have included the inclusive taxes of all items in the total printed on the receipt. We have corrected this, and the POS now prints accurate totals for inclusive taxes on printed receipts.
GPR-1350 Time Punch Records with “0.00” Tip Amounts
In previous versions, if you tried to edit a time punch record and tried to change the tip amount to $0.00, the program may have failed to save your changes. In the Admin Console’s Main Menu, click Location Setup, then click Time Punches. In the Time Punches screen, you can access an existing time punch record and change the tip amount (in the Tip Amount box) to “0.00”. You can then click to save the record and then click to publish the edited data. However, in previous versions, if you accessed the time punch record later, the record would show the previous tip amount. If you edited the tip amount to any amount other than “0.00”, the program would save the record properly. But it was unable to save time punch records with a tip amount of “0.00”. We have corrected this, and now if you edit a time punch’s tip amount to “0.00”, the Admin Console saves the time punch record properly.
