Q. How do I get credentials?
A. Dealers will receive their Guest List credentials and end user site credentials by email. If credentials
have not been received, please email Order Fulfillment at Orders@Heartland.us. Merchants will receive
their credentials by email.
Q. How long will it take to complete the boarding process?
A. It takes 1 business day from the time the order is submitted to the time customers receive their
credentials.
Q. How do I get a Guest List Demo Account?
A. For a Guest List demo account, please email Order Fulfillment at Orders@Heartland.us. Additional
information is needed prior to emailing Order Fulfillment, please refer to the Guest List Master Dealer
Guide.
Q. How can I see my merchant locations?
A. To view a Guest List merchant, please send an email with the Dealer Demo Account Name and the
Merchant’s Site Name to Orders@Heartland.us.
