Enhancements
The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.
Mobile App
HMMC-3976 Reflected Manager Logbook tasks as custom events
With this enhancement, users can now see a custom event on the Events Calendar that is created based on a Manager Logbook task. When a new task is created in Manager Logbook, the user will create an identical custom event. Note that the task item must contain a Target Date.
Once the custom event is created, select the Events entity and the custom event is visible under My Events. When the custom event is selected it displays the Linked Manager Logbook Task link to show the custom event was created using a Manager Logbook task. Note that the Linked Manager Logbook Task link is only confirmation that the event is linked to a Manager Logbook task. The custom event and the task are not synchronized so editing one does not automatically edit the other.


HMMC-6960 Added 'time' for 'Target Date' field for tasks
With this enhancement, users can now set the time in the Target Date field for Manager Logbook tasks so they can receive ‘One day before target date’ notifications at more precise times. The Target Date field now includes a Select Time: field. Clicking in the field launches a time picker allowing the user to set a precise time in the hour/minute am/pm format.


Admin Console
HMMC-7196 Added 'checks search' functionality
With this enhancement, Admin, Dealer, Super Admin, Store Owner, and Support users can now navigate to the Store page and search for checks within a date range or search for a specific check using the check number, allowing them to determine the reason for any discrepancy between Heartland Mobile Manager and POS data.
Within the Admin Console Store page, under the Mobile Application Information section, we have added a Checks tab. Click the Checks tab to view all checks for a specific store. The Checks tab includes the following features:
- View the Check Number, Server (the server’s name), Date/Time, and Total for each check
- Use the drop-down arrow on the left to change the viewable records per page. The default is 10 records, but users can select to view 25, 50, or 100 records per page.
- Use the calendar date picker symbol on the From and To boxes on the right to view checks within a specific date range (within the last two (2) years). Note that the default view shows you the previous seven days of check data. For example, if today is 9/15/XX you will see 9/8/XX – 9/15/XX.
- Use the Search box on the right to search for a specific check number
- When a date range search is performed and there are multiple records, clicking to the right of each column heading displays an arrow symbol allowing you to sort the search results by each column
- Use the First, Previous, Next, and Last navigation buttons on the bottom right to easily move through the search results
- The green Export button is also available on the Checks tab. Refer to the HMMC-7219 Added ‘bulk check’ export enhancement in this document for a detailed review of this new feature.

HMMC-7219 Added 'bulk check export' feature
The new check search functionality on the Store page includes a green Export button allowing users to perform a bulk check export of their search results. Note that users can only download the first 1,000 items in the file. Once the user has set their desired date range and any necessary sorting, select the Export button and the data exports to a file.
