Updates
Online Ordering
HR-3096 Google Analytics issue
On or about January 19, 2021, Heartland made a change to the security settings in the online ordering system. This change had the unintended result of blocking Google Analytics events and all Facebook tracking, leading to changes in the purchase data information being received by our users. This issue has been resolved so Google Analytics events and Facebook tracking are now enabled within the online ordering system and purchase data information is accurately reflected.
POS
HR-4574 PATT Payments coming through as Partial Payments preventing ticket closure
In previous versions, users may have encountered an issue where Pay-at-the Table (PATT) tickets were paid in full, but were still showing as partially paid. Users were unable to close the ticket by tendering a $0 cash payment or entering a custom tender. This issue has been corrected so PATT tickets that are paid in full are no longer displaying as partially paid.

HR-1847 QSROnline – Integration
With this release, an authentication api key has been created for QSROnline.
QSROnline is dedicated to our customers but also, our Partners. This is why we are excited to introduce our relationship with Heartland Restaurant.
QSROnline caters to a wide variety of restaurant concepts, from quick service to fine dining. We offer a full back office suite focusing on inventory management and labor.
