Enhancements
The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.
HRTL-3016 – Added Domestic Shipping Support for US Military Base Addresses
Since overseas U.S. military bases are considered domestic (U.S.) shipments, we have added support to our Ship-To section to handle such shipments appropriately. For these shipments, users should enter APO, FPO, or DPO for the city, and the following for state:
- AE for Armed Forces in Europe, Africa, Canada, and the Middle East
- AA for Armed Forces in the Americas
- AP for Armed Forces in the Pacific
Here is an example of a properly formatted APO address:
Name: PFC Joe Frank
Address 1: 23rd Battalion
Address 2: Unit 1234, Box 56789
Country: United States
City: APO
Zip/Postal Code: 96522-1215
All orders ship-to addresses formatted in this manner will be considered domestic shipments.
HRTL-3248 – Added Mobile Phone Number Field to New Customer Screen
For merchants collecting customer information, we have added a field for mobile phone numbers to the New Customer modal. This allows merchants to enter this data easily and without creating a custom field as was required in previous versions. Upon saving the customer information, the POS will validate the phone number.
Updates
The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-2177 – Fixed Purchase Order Import Issue
In previous versions, if a merchant uploaded a purchase order and performed a partial receipt of items, when they uploaded the purchase order a second time, the previous quantity received was not reflected on the purchase order, so it appeared the items were not received. In these cases, the quantity in POS for the items would reflect the amount received. With this release, the purchase order accurately reflects previously received quantities as expected.
HRTL-2779 – Fixed Price List Grid Issue for Items Without Default Price
We have corrected an issue that prevented users from editing price lists for items that had no default price defined. In these instances, the form hid all price fields, thereby not allowing any changes. With this release, the page displays correctly and allows users to edit prices as expected.
HRTL-3061 – Fixed Permissions Issue Preventing Export of Drawer Log
In previous versions, if a user with permissions for opening and closing the drawer attempted to export the drawer log, if they did not have Manage Locations Stations and Drawers under Admin/Settings turned on, the POS displayed a permissions error and did not allow them to perform the export. With this release, the POS behaves correctly and allows the users to export the drawer log.
