The following release notes detail the enhancements we have included in this release.

HRTL-14207 Improve Behavior When Uploading New Item Image

We have improved the behavior of the POS when uploading a new item image after having deleted an existing image. In previous versions, if you deleted an image and then started to upload a new image but then failed to make a selection before clicking the Upload button, the POS would re-upload the previous image instead of prompting you to select an image. With this release, the POS will not upload an image unless one is selected before clicking the Upload button, thereby avoiding unintentional uploads of old images.

HRTL-15883 Include Item Pricing in Purchasing PDF Exports

When exporting a Purchase Order or Purchase Receipt, the item price is now displayed on the PDF for easier review and record-keeping. The price column appears under the Current Price heading next to the Qty column, matching the layout shown on the Purchase Order and Purchase Receipt pages in the back end.

HRTL-15884 Add Ability to View Prices in Purchasing Pages

You can now see the current prices for items when using the Find option in purchasing orders and receipts. The item price will display as a read-only field to provide quick pricing visibility while searching.

Please note:

  • The Current Price field displays only if Allow updates to current price on Purchase Orders and Purchase Receipts is enabled in settings.
  • The price shown cannot be edited from the Find modal.

HRTL-15997 Display Up-to-Date Prices in Purchasing Pages

When using the Select From Order or Find option on purchasing orders and receipts, the item price is now displayed to help you confirm pricing before adding items.

Please note:

  • Pricing is displayed only if Allow updates to current price on Purchase Orders and Purchase Receipts is enabled in settings,
  • Prices shown in the selection modal are read-only and cannot be edited.

The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.

HRTL-14153 Fix Sales Order Behavior with No Shipping Address

In previous versions, if you attempted to create or save a sales order for a customer who had only a billing address (no shipping address), the system would display an error. This issue has been resolved, and you can now create and save such sales orders as intended. This update aligns sales order behavior with other customer address scenarios and prevents unexpected errors.

HRTL-14182 Fix Quantity Sorting Issue on Inventory Adjustments

In previous versions, the quantity column on the Inventory > Adjustment page sorted based on underlying database values rather than visible quantities, which caused them to display in an unexpected order. The system now sorts these values correctly based on the quantity shown in the user interface.

HRTL-14189 Fix Repeating Gift Card Error Message

We have addressed an issue that caused some gift card errors to repeat their messages twice. With this release, such messages display correctly, thereby improving clarity and overall user experience.

HRTL-14190 Fix Sales Order Price Display Issue

This version addresses an issue that caused the pricing section on the sales order details page to show all values as $0.00 when reopening a fully paid order. The values would populate correctly only after the page was refreshed. With this release, pricing data displays correctly as intended.

HRTL-14499 Fix Shipping Method ‘Amount’ Field Auto-Formatting

We have updated the behavior when entering values in the Amount field of the shipping method modal so that all data is validated and automatically formatted as currency.

HRTL-14541 Fix ‘Disable MFA’ Modal Background Display

In previous versions, the confirmation modal that appears when disabling multi-factor authentication did not mask the background as it should. With this release, the background is masked as expected when the prompt displays, consistent with standard modal behavior across the application.

HRTL-15313 Fix Payments Section Layout in BigCommerce PDFs

In previous versions, payment information text was slightly misaligned in the payments section on BigCommerce Sales Order PDFs and Invoice PDFs. With this release, we have adjusted the text positioning in this section for cleaner, more consistent alignment on both document types.

HRTL-15314 Fix PDF Pagination Display Issue

This version addresses an issue that caused pagination footers (for example, ‘page 4 of 7’) to display twice, once in the center and once on the right, at the bottom of each page. With this release, PDFs now display this information once, at the bottom right, as intended. This fix applies to Inventory Transfers, Purchase Orders, Reports, and various other PDF exports.

HRTL-15541 Fix Date Picker Behavior When Dates are Invalid

In previous versions, if you selected an invalid date range (for example, if the selected end date preceded the start date), two calendar icons (the custom-designed calendar icon and the browser's native calendar icon) would display, creating visual clutter and layout inconsistency. With this release, the system displays only the custom-designed calendar, regardless of date selections.

HRTL-15952 Fix Daily Summary Issue for Nickel-Rounding Stores

Merchants using the Nickel Rounding feature may have experienced the Daily Summary taking a long time to load and then displaying no data. This issue has been resolved, and the Daily Summary now loads correctly as expected.

HRTL-15998 Fix Grid Image Upload Error Content

In previous versions, when grid image uploads failed, the system displayed confusing error messages that gave users no hint as to how to proceed. We have corrected this and the system now displays clear and user-friendly messages that indicate the underlying cause for the upload failure. Examples include:

  • Unable to upload image due to copyright restrictions  
  • Image format is not supported  
  • Image is too large  
  • Image not found  

This updated behavior applies to all grid image uploads.

HRTL-16001 Fix Error Message When Refund Limits are Exceeded

In previous versions, when a refund amount exceeded the Maximum Allowed Refund Amount for a payment type, the system displayed a generic error that gave merchants no clear path forward. With this release, the displayed error clearly indicates the problem, making it easier to understand and resolve the issue.
