The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HR-7199 Customer Display - Tip Screen not showing until final payment
In previous versions, some customers may have experienced an issue with the Customer Display. For instance, if a ticket was split, it would not display the tip/signature screen except on the final payment. If a ticket was split two ways, it would only display the tip/signature screen for the 2nd payment. If a ticket was split four ways, the tip/signature screen would only display on the 4th payment. This issue has been corrected, so when any combination of a split ticket occurs, the Customer Display displays the tip/signature screen for each payment.
HR-7074 Cannot edit within Tags page greyed out
In previous versions, some customers may have been unable to edit within the Account Menu > Tags page. Specifically, a single location account which should have allowed changes to be made immediately may have displayed as if it was a multi-location account. Users reported being able to add items to tags, but they could not delete any already assigned or added items. We have corrected this, and the editing functionality works correctly within the Tag page.
HR-6803 Eat-In Menu No Longer Disabling in Online Order Webpage
In previous versions, some users may have experienced an issue with their Eat In menu (located under Location Setup > Online Ordering > Online Ordering tab > Eat In tab) being disabled unexpectedly on the POS. This issue has been corrected, so the Eat In toggle is no longer unexpectedly switching to the off position.
HR-5450 Customers Logging Back Into POS Accesses Last Room
In versions 6.47 and below, if a customer logged out of the POS app then signed back in, they were automatically directed to the last room they were on. For versions 6.50 and above, users reported the last room viewed was no longer being saved after logging out and back in. This issue has been corrected, so when logging out and back into the POS app, customers are automatically directed to the last room they were in.
HR-4701 Refunds Filter in Void Reasons Report
In previous versions, some users may have experienced an issue when viewing the Void Reasons report and selecting the refund reason, the POS failed to drill down to those specific tickets. We have corrected this issue, so when viewing the Void Reasons report and selecting a refund reason, you will be able to view those filtered reason tickets.
HR-7525 Kiosk not requiring Guest Locator Number
In previous versions, some users may have experienced an issue with the Kiosk app. When entering an order using the Kiosk, even though ‘Require Guest Locator Number for Carryout Orders’ was enabled, it was allowing users to skip entering the Guest Locator Number, enter an order, and checkout. This issue has been corrected so when ‘Require Guest Locator Number for Carryout Orders’ is enabled, the Kiosk app will not allow you to select payment until a Guest Locator Number is entered.
