The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-4659 – Fixed Payment Device Connection Error Message
In previous versions, if the POS failed to connect to the payment device when adding a card payment, it would display an unclear message (‘Network error when attempting to fetch resource’). With this release, in such instances, the POS displays a clear message indicating the issue.
- For PAX users, the message reads, ‘Failed to send request to PAX.’
- For Datacap users, the message reads, ‘Failed to send request to Datacap.’
