Updates
The following release notes detail the updates we have included in this release.
HRTL-6036 Fixed Status Filter on Tickets Page
In previous versions, merchants were unable to filter tickets by status on the Tickets page. When they selected a status (such as Voided or Completed), the ticket list did not update. Instead, the POS continued to display all tickets, regardless of status. With this release, the POS filters results according to selected status as expected.
HRTL-6037 Fixed Print / Email /Text Receipt Issue from Tickets Page
In previous versions, merchants were unable to print, email, or text receipts from the Sales | Tickets page. When they selected one of these options, the system did not respond to the request. They were still able to perform these operations within the Point of Sale. With this release, the POS responds to these requests as expected, regardless of where they originate.
